LEXINGTON, KY — The Baja Yetis – half myth, half legend – have confounded many a festival organizer hoping to lure them out of the hills where they roam wild and uninhibited. Many rumors have surfaced over the years, but we present to you for evidence this grainy video shot at the inaugural Moonshiner’s Ball last May. You can clearly make out elements of New Orleans jazz, backed by extremely funky rhythms, jammin’ rock guitar and sweet soulful vocals. The dance floor comes to life like the mad scampering of sherpa when the Yeti comes down from the mountain.
